Learn Advanced Reflex Therapy
A.R.T. addresses sciatic nerve, lower back, upper back, shoulder, neck, knee, elbow, and carpal tunnel pain. Learn to massage and manipulate the psoas and surrounding muscles to relieve back pain, and master one consecutive movement to address back, rib cage, and shoulder pain simultaneously.
Participants will be able to describe the major reflex points associated with the area they are treating and learn to identify problem areas before touching the affected area.
